Вклад, с которого клиент имеет право изымать средства в определенную дату через 30 и более дней после даты помещения вклада, или с которого в случае требования банка клиент может изъять средства только путем предоставления банку письменного уведомления за 30 и более дней до запланированного изъятия.
2. (open account) (golden passbook) срочный вклад (открытый счет) ("золотая" депозитная книжка)
Средства, депонированные согласно договору. Они включают проценты с даты депонирования, хотя договор обычно требует, чтобы подобные средства находились на депозите в течение не менее 30 дней. Договор определяет фиксированную дату погашения или количество дней, через которое будет произведен платеж, или он определяет, что платеж будет произведен через определенный период после уведомления вкладчика о намерении изъять средства.
